DRINK WATER FOR PLUMP SKIN

DOES DRINKING WATER MATTER?

You have heard it before but I’m going to repeat it again... drink water! And be sure to drink at least 8 glasses a day. It makes a huge difference in the clarity and radiance of your skin. When you are dehydrated your skin becomes drier, more irritated and more clogged. Healthy, hydrated skin is plump, radiant and glowing and retains its elasticity.

WATER AND OILY SKIN

It’s also much easier to do extractions and clean the pores when the skin is hydrated. Even if you have oily skin, you need to hydrate so that you can flush out all the toxins in the body and get a clear, blemish-free complexion. Imagine how happy and replenished your cells feel when they get a dose of water! My rule of thumb is each beverage you have such as coffee, black/green tea, wine, or cocktail, should be followed with an 8 oz glass of water. Easy peasy! Happy holidays!
